Parkinson Organizations that host informative webinars. 

Most of them archive these programs and make them available for later viewing/listening as well.


PDF        The Parkinson’s Disease Foundation has a library of more than 50 online seminars organized by topic (http://www.pdf.org/en/online_education_past ).  They also host nearly monthly seminars (http://www.pdf.org/en/online_education_upcoming).  Some of the upcoming topics include:  Transportation and Travel with PD, Pain in PD, Sleep and Parkinson’s.


MJFF     The Michael J Fox Foundation offers monthly “Third Thursday” webinars hosted by Dave Iverson.  The following website brings up a registration form to the upcoming webinar as well as links to four years of archived programs:  (https://www.michaeljfox.org/page.html?hot-topics-webinar-series&navid=webinar-series ). 

NPF        The National Parkinson Foundation has a series of past webinars available at (http://www.parkinson.org/find-help/education/webinars) as well as their   “Ask the Doctor” forums at (http://www.parkinson.org/find-help/ask-the-doctor-forums).


LSVT Global        The LeeSilverman Voice Therapy LOUD and BIG (voice and physical therapy)is another organization that hosts a series of webinars.  The archived programs are at (http://www.lsvtglobal.com/patient-resources/free-webinars).


WPC      The World Parkinson Coalition has a series of 15 podcasts on different topics.  A link to all 15 is at (https://soundcloud.com/world-parkinson-coalition).
